RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

At Bendito, every order is packed personally with care, intention and prayer.  Please read our policy carefully before completing your purchase.

All Sales Are Final - Exchanges Only - We do not accept returns or issue refunds.  However, if you received the wrong item or your order arrived damage, we will make it right. 

EXCHANGES - If you would like to exchange your item for a different size, you may request an exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.  Items must be unworn, unwashed and in original condition.  Bendito reserves the right to make the determination of these conditions.

We will need your order number and reason for exchange.  Once approved, ship your item(s) back to us.  Please note that the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.  Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders - If your item arrived damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt with a photo of the item and your order number.  We will respond promptly with an acceptable solution.

Exceptions / non-returnable items - Certain types of items cannot be returned, like any gift items to include books, journals, prayer cards, toys and any other items in our gifts section.  Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Final Sale Items - All sale and discontinued items are final sale and are not eligible for exchanges. 

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
